Overview & Highlights
Our most popular trip includes rafting, camping, feasting on the Lower Kern River.
The first day you'll raft the 8-9 mile, Class III Jungle Run. Appetizers, a bountiful BBQ dinner, and tasty dessert awaits the evening of your overnight including campfire entertainment or maybe a river spa! Camp under the stars then wake to a cookout breakfast, then raft the 12-mile, Class III-IV Big Water. Lunch is served along the river's edge on day two.

Policies and Agreement
Changes to Trip Itinerary
During high water, low water, and some early or late season trips, it occasionally becomes necessary to move a trip to an alternate stretch of river that will provide a superior trip experience. Trip itinerary changes are rare, but not unheard of.
Wetsuits and Paddling Jackets may be REQUIRED on all of our trips through the end of May, and sometimes into the month of June due to high snowpack seasons. You may bring your own, however we can provide them for you for a nominal rental fee of $20.00/set.
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your Meet Time to allow plenty of time to check-in and get outfitted with Wetsuits and/or Paddling Jackets.Sierra Escape Cancellation Policy
- Payment is due at the time of reservation.
- Deposits are due when reservation is placed.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Balance is due 30 days prior to launch date.
- Cancellations made outside of 30 days of trip departure are eligible for refund of balance paid less the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made inside of 30 days of trip departure are non-refundable.
- Please notify us immediately of any change to your reservation status.
